Fall 25 GT Undergraduate Admission Tour Guide Application

Thank you for your interest in becoming an official Georgia Tech Tour Guide! This application is for those interested in applying to start as a tour guide for fall 2025.

** Application closes on Sunday, January 19, 2025, at 11:59 pm**

Before completing the application, all prospective applicants should take a moment to become familiar with the following expectations & requirements for Fall 25 Tour Guides.

 Georgia Tech Fall 25 Tour Guide Application Requirements:

• Must be a current GT undergraduate student 
• Must be enrolled at Tech through at least Spring 26 (NO EXCEPTIONS)
• Must commit to a minimum of two semesters (alternating semesters for a co-op or students studying abroad).
• Must be available for employment from August 2025- November 2025
• Must be available for a campus tour assignment from 11 am-1 pm or 2 pm- 4 pm during Monday-Friday
• Must be available to attend the scheduled mandatory new tour guide training sessions: TBD
• Attend biweekly scheduled tour guide general body meetings (Mondays @ 6:15 pm)

Georgia Tech Fall 25 Tour Guide Job Details 

• Pay Wage: $10/hr
• Official Job title: Office Undergraduate Admission Student Assistant
• Must be available to give 1-2 campus tours per week From August- November 2025
  • 11:00 am-1:00 pm ( AM tour time)
  • 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm ( PM tour time)
• Staffing Admissions Special Events (In-person & virtual)
• Must be available to attend the mandatory new tour guide fall 25 training: TBD
