Summer 24 GT Undergraduate Admission Tour Guide & Summer Intern Application

Thank you for your interest in summer employment with the Office of Undergraduate Admission. This application is for those interested in becoming an official Georgia Tech Undergraduate Admission Tour Guide or a Summer Intern for the summer of 2024.   

** Application closes on Monday, February 26, 2024, at 11:59 pm**

Before completing the application, all prospective applicants should take a moment to become familiar with the following expectations & requirements expected for the summer Tour Guide role and the Summer Intern role.  

Georgia Tech Summer 24 Tech Tour Guide Application Requirements:

• Must commit to a minimum of two semesters (alternating semesters for a co-op or students studying abroad).
• Must be a current GT undergraduate student 
• Must be available for employment from Saturday, May 18- to Friday, July 26, 2024
• Must be available for a campus tour assignment from 11 am-1 pm or 2 pm- 4 pm during Monday-Friday

Georgia Tech Summer 24 Tour Guide Job Details 

• Pay Wage: $10/hr
• Official Job title: Office Undergraduate Admission Student Assistant
• Must be available to give 1-2 campus tours per week From May- July 2024
  • 11:00 am-1:00 pm ( AM tour time)
  • 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm ( PM tour time)
• Staffing Admissions Special Events (In-person & virtual)
• Must be available to attend the mandatory new tour guide summer training
  • Saturday, May 18, 2024, 11 am - 4 pm

Georgia Tech Undergraduate Admission Office Summer 24 Intern Application Requirements:

• Must be a current GT undergraduate student 
• No minimum of two-semester commitment
• Must be available for employment from Saturday, May 18- to Friday, August 16, 2024
• Must have availability to be scheduled for work hours between 8 AM- 4:30 PM during  Monday- Friday during the summer intern employment term. 

Georgia Tech Undergraduate Admission Office Summer 24 Intern Job Details

• Pay Wage: $12/hr 
• Official Job title: Office Undergraduate Admission Student Assistant
• Train and serve as Georgia Tech tour guide and must be available to give regular campus tours per week from May- July 2024
  • 11:00 am-1:00 pm ( AM tour time)
  • 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm ( PM tour time)
• Staffing Admissions Special Events (In-person & virtual)
• Staffing Undergraduate Admission front desks and phone center
• Must be available to attend the mandatory new tour guide summer training
  • Saturday, May 18, 2024, 11 am - 4 pm
