First-Year Information Session & Self-Guided Tour

    Please note, that this visit date occurs during a time after the end of Georgia Tech's spring 24 semester so the campus will be quiet and there may be limited access to buildings and dining facilities on campus. 


    This is a one-hour admission information session for prospective first-year students with an optional self-guided walking tour on your own after the session. This visit DOES NOT include a guided campus tour with a tour guide.

    At check-in, visitors will receive a map of campus to take your own self-guided walking tour. To enhance your experience we also recommend you check out our self-guided tour resources. 
     
    • 1:30 pm- 2:15 pm: Admission Information Session 
    • 2:15 pm- 3:45 pm: Optional Self-Guided Campus Tour

    If you are interested in visiting an academic college, many of our colleges/majors and campus departments may offer information sessions or drop-in hours. A list of available academic college visit opportunities on the date of your visit will be listed on the registration form down below for registration. if you do not see a listing that means that there are no offerings on that date. 


    Admissions campus visits are held in the Cypress Theatre which is located on the 1st level in the John Lewis Student Center and Stamps Commons. 

    Parking for your visit is available in Visitor Area 3: Student Center Parking Deck (W02) as it is the closest parking option. Please note: Georgia Tech Admissions does not validate visitor parking.     Policies and Notes: 

    • Registered students are only permitted to bring a maximum of 3 guests. We are unable to make exceptions to the guest's capacity. 
    • We recommend arriving at campus at least 15-20 minutes before your scheduled campus visit to ensure you have enough time to find parking and check-in.
